there are pictures of the new ferrari on autosprint. it does not appear to be ugly as previously mentioned, but is quite pretty, if functional. it also appears to have hoeizontal radiator or cooling system.

all people do with this guy is big him up and most of the time he disappoints, well the last few years anyway. im not saying its alonso himself or the car or anything i just mean people need to just wait and see and enjoy whatever happens and debate afterwards

I'd rate Vettel's 2012 biggest challengers as Button, Hamilton, Weber, Alanso - in that order Ferrari needs more than to deliver the car (they were there in 2010), they need to figure out how to win a championship again. While McLaren needs to find their way as well, they will be on a season 2 evolution in momentum from 2011, while Ferrari will be discovering what they missed, and will likely come to the first few races slow, and try to dig out as the season progresses, which is not proving effective against the Bull and McLaren of late.

It's not necessarily the best car that wins. If Vettel was not at Red Bull, Jensen Button might have been champion and we would all believe that the Red Bull was the 3rd best car of 2011.

Good car helps and good driver helps. A combination of both is better. It takes a good driver to make the most out of a good car, because he will push it to higher limits.

Alonso is such a driver who can make the most of his equipment
