It would be fun to know how light the engines would have been without minimum weight, 75 kg? Already in the late 90's the lightest V10's weighted under 100 kg.

The F1 3L V10 engine was nearer 90kg and not 75kg, the way forward regarding smallness and lightness was shown/started by Judd/Yamaha 3l v10 OX10 and OX11, the secret was screwed into the cylinder head cylinder liners.
