Rob,

You have a bloody cheek to come out with such a statement.

Karthikeyan is a distinctly average pay driver, look at that team line-up and tell me they are not just there to make up the numbers.

Now tell me what's so racist about that.

Look up a definition of the word...idiot.

@ Rob

HAHAHAHAHA You were ACTUALLY SECOND!!! (2nd)

And to call us racist for saying he's an average driver who would NEVER see an F1 grid closer than the stands if his daddy wasn't loaded and connected in the right places does NOT MAKE US RACIST!!! What has he EVER done to deserve an F1 grid spot?

Yeah... I'll wait.

@Ak
Firstly Karthikeyan did not outqualify Ricciardo. That is completely false. And Ricciardo would have beaten him had there not been a problem with the right-rear hub forcing him to make an additional pit-stop on the last lap.
Secondly, I fail to see that we are racist just because we see that Karthikeyan will not accomplish anything for HRT. The same goes for any other driver of any other nationality. Certainly there are more drivers that deserve that seat.

He has YEARS more experience than Ricciardo.

Ok, look at this:

British formula 3:

1998:12th
1999:6th
2000:4th

2007/08 A1 GP (The most complete season he did)
Finished 10th. 2 race wins. (But generally Mid-Pack)

He showed promise at Jordan in 2005, 4th being a gr8 finish. But what has he showed since then???

WHAT HAS RACE GOT TO DO WITH ME THINKING HE ISN'T TALENTED ENOUGH FOR THE GRID?!?! You never answered my question. You pointed out one strong race he had... There were stronger drivers that never got drives.

ok - he won't be a winner or world champion, but he's not that bad. Certainly better than a lot of other pay drivers we've seen in recent times.
