Jan Magnussen is (he's still active, although now in national touring cars) a brilliant driver, but somehow F1 just didn't work out for him at all. He is a four-time Le Mans champion FFS! His kid, on the other hand, has been good in most series but not outstanding.

Jan always had the talent to do something positive in F1. Jackie obviously saw something in Jan. Just watch or read the things he has to say about him. Time will tell with Kevin. He has to take his chance and show what he can do.

19 NO look at the boy. I don't think he is old enough to
shave. Just about the right age to be a baby faced street
street racer.
Real young, they are going to start him out in a Play station
simulator. look closely, he is charring his school books
in that back pack. UK has any child labor laws. Guess he
will be driving after school and on week ends.
Willing to bet he is a go-cart aficionado too.
Good looker that he is. Maybe the up coming new hot foot.
I was never that young!!

Old, Jose

Good looking and starting F1 career in teen ages like Vettel though Seb was even younger.
Will love to see him with Seb Vettel at RBR or in Macca with Hammi in 2013 but unfortunately JB has a contract.

Ummm, what? You don't think it's a bit soon to make him Hamilton's replacement? He's still on F3 level and hasn't won anything other than the Danish Formula Ford title. Hold your horses people FFS. I would say what they want is probably to simply assess his talent and then maybe try and find him a good seat in something along the lines of GP3 or Formula Renault. Either that or a sponsor is paying/requesting for this.
