He was smart enough to sign Alexander Rossi as their lead development driver, so he must know something. Rossi is well respected not only by those in WSR, GP2, and GP3, but those within the F1 paddock as well.

Missed my point...Do you think Alex Yoong makes decisions on who gets signed because I don't. But I do agree Rossi is a good investment for the future should have stayed with Fortec to have a pop at the championship.

Why would Alex Yoong not be a good head of driver development? Because he didn't make it in F1? Then I suppose the likes of Christian Horner and Frank Williams must be completely useless team managers too, because they never made it as drivers.
