I guess red bulls championship wins really havent gone to their heads...

i have feeling that most of the drivers in f1 would be winners if they were driving a car like last years red bull.

I dont remember the last time torro rosso built a competetive car since the rules of technology sharing were stopped.

Go Daniel. Do we West Aussies proud. For those who don't know, Daniel is the first F1 driver to be born and raised in Western Australia. It has taken a huge amount of sacrifice and commitment by him and his family (with RBR's support more recently) to get him there. He's a good boy too, according to his mum.

This may well be true, but the way they led both drivers to believe they had a drive for 2012, and then fired them both in December is a SCANDAL! Neither one had time to look for something else. Tost knew well in advance he didn't want to keep these two guys, so he should have told them in September. The way STR treats its drivers is a disgrace.

tost also said that vergne and ricciardo are unlikely to move to rbr next year, as they will need another year to gain experience. and to move, one or other would have to exhibit the "wow factor"

In my opinion the management of this team is clearly "not strong enough".

Tost has fired driver after driver and the team's performance has steadily declined. When is his performance going to be evaluated?

red bull is full of crap with finding elite drivers through their program. At 22/23 years old, how can Alguersuari prove anything when he's not in a top car? He's gotten better every year and it's not as if the STR is the same as the RB.

"Both drivers have to thank Red Bull as otherwise they would never have made it into Formula One." - Is that so, Franz? How can you be so sure of that? Alguersuari was stellar in F3, if STR hadn't picked him straight up into F1 before he was ready he might have gotten a good GP2 or GP3 seat and progressed from there to a team that would treat him better. YOU on the other hand would probably be long gone if Mateschitz and Marko didn't like you for some reason...

It's not just the way they were fired which gets me, as if that wasn't bad enough, the way the team (HM and now FT) then made a point to rubbish them in public was totally unprofessional.

And the fact that it took you almost 3 years to determine that they were "not strong enough" leads me to wonder about your abilities.
