What I hear is the same noise every year from the same collection of team Honcho's every new season. The press
never ask any important question, just the usual, Junk!
Boullier I think is doing Major damage control about Lotus's
new chassis (richards?) malfunction. Had to send it back to
the works, Nothing serious..Really!
Ross Brawn is under the microscope. Everyone is watching.
Schumy has been waiting for very long time for something
that's competitive. A really competitive car would be nice.
Brawn, Man its been a long time, get off the pot..

taz. from recollection, about three months ago, brawn said that he had to produce results before mid season, or else he was out. not sure if he meant voluntarily or involuntarily, but i took it as the latter.

I don't think the powers that be in F1 are quite as fickle as the fans.

You don't build an F1 title winning team overnight, and you can't do it by just throwing money at it like Toyota tried to do.

Brawn knows how to build a winning team and a winning car. If they're a distant 4th again it will be disappointing, but I don't think Brawn will lose his job. I think Schumi will retire, they'll hire Sutil and they'll try again.

Sacking Brawn won't suddenly make the car faster.

If there is a man on the formula one circus that knows how to build a winning F1 team and a winning FI car it must certainly be Ross Brawn, he has established himself as one of the very best regarding anything to do with the highest form of motor racing.
Anybody doubting/questioning his abilities/credentials re the above is a fool indeed, and this regardless of the right of differing opinions.

nelly. whilst brawn has a good reputation, when he was with ferrari, he had a great designer. does he have one now? it doesnt look as if he has.
and as for honda ashes? honda gifted him a race winning car that had the huge advantage of the ddd. possibly due to a bit of assistance to keep honda on side. but by halfway through the season, the advantage had been eliminated, and things went downhill from then.
brawn took a team with a wdc winning car, and has brought it down to being the fourth best team.

brawn is only as good as the team he has around him, and as yet, he does not have a wdc winning team.
