What a joke of a team these people are, unprofessional, dire performers and working on a shoe string.

I think F1 spends far too much money in general and costs should be brought down, however having a team that can't even prepare a car for the first, second or even final test is a shambles. How can a team be aloud to run a untested car in a race and be classed as safe? I'm sure they did the same thing last season also.

The FIA should impose hefty fines on teams who don't prepare a car and test it before the first race.

@Carl

It's quite sad actually, and FIA imposing a fine will not work, because these small teams are already lack of funding, a fine would mean sending them home.

:p

lol @ Carl

Just had to get that rant off your chest, didn't you bro? Can't say I blame you lol

Seriously though, don't these new teams have the right sponsors locked down before even making the leap into F1? Or do they just underestimate the costs? That aspect of it is not exactly rocket science, is it? I can understand not having the best F1 minds working for them...but not to even make it to one of the tests?

Will they even be ready in a fortnight? And if so, will Friday practice be enough of a test before quali and the serious racing?

Btw Carl, if the team did not have enough money to get ready for the tests, where will they find the money to pay the hefty FIA fine from their meagre funds?

lol just had to ask. Couldn't help it...
