This year, it shouldn't be a Red Bull dominant season as I see McLaren & Lotus close on their heels! Hopefully Ferrari be up there as well for Alonso's sake! Force India seem to be close behind all of these teams!

Hi hope so Ross, but you're up against it:

- The cars are too expensive and complex
- The cars are seemingly designed so they can't pass each other
- The drivers are either automatons who simply say who has done a good job after a race or rich playboys
- F1 is no longer on BBC or ITV
- It's been insultingly dull for years

But for the sake of racing I hope it improves.

World Superbikes was brilliant last weekend by the way, real men, really racing and not crying when they fall off!

My opinion Mercedes are a lot more confident this year just quietly going about there buisness i think they have have been hiding the true car maybe just doing some fast sector times to check pace . They are very relaxed not like last year . I hope thats what they are doing anyway.

It sure looks like Merc GP are not showing their full hand yet. Normally they would be all mouth or already making excuses by now. The quiet way that they are going about business shows that they have a really good car. I'm hoping so anyway.
