Argentine president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner is keen to bring F1 back to the country after a 13-year absence.

Not another street circuit! Also does Bernie not know how to save money? F1 is trying to cut costs and Bernie wants to cut costs... so why does he make the teams travel all corners of the globe reducing the amount of European races when most teams are based in Europe... surely that is spending money.
