Yes Jens was the king of overtaking last year according to the stats.
Of course he only needed to overtake one car yesterday and that is what he did before going on to win the race.
I predict that Jens will win many races this season and that he will go on to take his second World Championship.
It is going to be so annoying for the haters :-)

Sauber.
The car looked good and both Drivers impressed, I already have a soft spot for Kamui, but Perez also did well.

Thanks to a certain streaming TV web site, Sky coverage was very good. All the best of the last year's beeb without the weak sisters DC and EJ.

Saw the BBC coverage of qually locally on TSN and they were lost.

Seems like Williams has got its act together. They were
really competitive . We did have a very funny Yellow Flag
situation. I was confused why it was displayed.
Points should be awarded to the Safety Car. Vettel
gained second place, Lewis was demoted to third.
One driver was able to unlap himself, NASCAR style!
I guess that racing, right? Confused again!
Are you boys in the UK are beaning fleeced by the
satellite TV people? Cool! Welcome to the club.

Yeah Badman, they really do seem to whine a lot about it don't they. Been the norm here in Canada for years and years..
There are ways around it though when you don't live in a socialist country. See, your votes do count.

2 dog jose. you must have been asleep again! there were a couple of cars that were able to unlap themselves. seems totally wrong to me!
and the sky commentators pointed out that when the backmarkers were told to unlap themselves, the other cars were weaving so much that it was difficult and potentially dangerous. "rules" say that the main cars must stay on the racing line so as to allow the cars to unlap them. but this wasnt happening.
and as for been fleeced? i already had sky for sports and movies, and it cost me NOTHING extra for f1. so technically, i got it for free. setanta was another sports channel here, that has a subscription for f1, but i dont have that one.
people pay for football, and presumably baseball, so what is wrong with paying for f1?

If Kimi's 17th to 7th was good, surely Perez last to 8th was even better. Nice drive by Jenson but really, a good start in the fastest car and job done.

As for the coverage, Channel 10 & One here in Oz were taking the Sky race commentary - whoever that was jabbering away with Martin, I wish he would SHUT UP. We do get visuals you know, so we can work out the bleedin obvious for ourselves.

Wish I could say both Webber and Ricciardo, but will not. Only average performances.

Jens' the man. Hope he continues to drive like that for the rest of the season. Second WDC, hopefully.

Both Saubers shone through the entire race. I'd say Perez' impressive trek from last to second place in a few laps shows the stuff this kid is made of.

Massa sucks, their car sucks. Only great Alonso is able to extract a little something out of that red mess. I'd say Massa's rear will get the boot well before season's end. But who is going to be dumb enough to get into that seat?

I thought Ricciardo deserves special mention for getting into Q3, and after having his front wing destroyed in the compression at Turn 1 and having to pull into the pits to get a new front wing after coasting around on the first lap, he then went from last to 9th.
