Lewis Hamilton failed to improve his FP1 time but remained out of reach of the field in Malaysia.

The deliberate designed quick wearing pirelli's have gone to far. Even Vettel was moaning saying that the Pirelli's were all over the place according to Brundell.

F1 should be racing first and strategy as and when needed.

Hammi and the MP4-27 seems to be the quickest package over one lap, only god knows what will happen in a race.

OMG would you girls stop moaning!!!

This isn't NASCAR where they're all going flat out in a circle. These guys have to think and adapt and if they can't do that I guess they not fit for this.. Cue "disagree" button.

Lewis will be strong this year.

I know JB won the first race, but I see Lewis actually winning 3:1 over JB this year.

Lewis is just a better driver. JB is smarter, but with a good car under Lewis that will mean less.

If Lewis over the course of a few more seasons got JB's smartness the field would be lost.

@ Selnor

Did you watch the race last weekend? Did you not see Jenson DRIVE AWAY from Lewis from the word go?!?! Better driver? I think not. A better driver is better in ALL circumstances, which he clearly isn't. At present, quicker in qualifying, but in ALL other areas, he has not proved himself superior as the fanboys will have us believe...

looks like the stepped up nose design is unnecessary mclaren 's pace proves it kudos to them...i hope ferrari learns something sad to see them struggling...

I prefer the way the tyres disintegrate, it adds nicely to the unexpected mix we get in Formula One racing. It helps Jenson more than Lewis but I hope Lewis can cope and regain the top spot.

Oh, wait, that was Martin Whitmarsh's fault right? NO, Mclaren DECIDED Jenson would be champ this year? The sun was in his eyes? They put the wrong tyres on? They timed his stops wrong?!?!?! WHAT WAS IT AGAIN?!?!?!
