@Peteroli

Trying is far better than not trying!!!

Why does some people here think that trying to overtake Alonso is a crash waiting to happen? We could as well pack up an go home?

I watch F1 30 years now, thing are not as they used to be in F1 those days. Should I remind you of 1984 Senna driving Toleman during Monaco GP (where he was robbed of victory) or Portuguese GP a year latter when he made his first win driving Lotus! Did Senna backed up? or would any other driver do that what Perez did (except for Massa). I agree that there are calculations but those are a rare cases when a small team has two drivers fighting for the first place (Spa 1998 Hill and Ralf for Jordan Team)

@KJ

I don't need to send Perez and email! He has already got the message! Loud and clear!!! "Fernando is NOT faster than you, but do not pass the red car"

One more comment and I'm out of here.
Who gives a sh.. that Damon Hill finished 2nd with Arrows on Hungary GP? Nobody. It was a remarkable drive but had a tech problem and finished 2nd. 2nd is the best of the rest, nobody remembers them.
As I said earlier, F1 cars are made to be driven by drivers and not vice versa.

Cheers

Maldonado in Aus was fighting for P5 in perfect weather conditions... sort of different to Sepang where even the best can falter in those conditions let alone a young gun like Checo... Points means $$$ and Sauber is a private team so Peter Sauber definitely made the right call....

Oh I guess Toro Rosso will lose their Ferrari engine deals too!
