F1 » Vettel, RBR to discuss ignored orders

Sebastian Vettel is to explain why he ignored calls to park his car in the closing stages of the Malaysian GP - and could face further hot water for gesticulating at Narain Karthikeyan.

I am about as far as you can get from being a Seb fan... However a true racing driver will drive the car to the line even if it is on fire, and so it should be. The middle finger thing in the race is also heat of the moment stuff. No big deal. The problem that I have is with calling your fellow competitors "cucumbers" and "idiots" in press conferences after the race. This is very unprofessional and uncool.

mike. the other day, i had to explain to jose, what a "plonker" was. calling a person a "gherkin" is no different. people are not offended by the word plonker. so what is different?

Angelina, I didn't ever and will never approve anything wrong, remember that no matter how small a wrong is it's still a wrong. Having said that it doesn't change the fact that this page was jumped upon by a lot of hypocrites who have an axe to grind or have a wound that doesn't seem that it will ever heal, these are mostly the Lulu fan boys who believed that they had the second coming on God's green earth when Lulu was pushed into F1 and cannot fathom the fact that Vettel has completely dimmed their lights/hopes. Then there are the Webber fan boys (mostly ausses) who because of the total trashing Vettel gave to their driver can't do any better than waiting for this one mistake to criticise Vettel even at the expense of siding with Lulu and by doing so going over to their number two patriotism.

Jeff
I think it Sebastian Vettel is a racer who loves statistics n records. Therefore, he doesn't follow team orders to slow down. Do u know in India, fastest lap handed Vettel Senna's record of youngest grand chelem. Who ll miss it just 2 follow d order?

Why do u think Vettel current 2XWDC will b no.2 2 some former 2XWDC, who got nothing in last 5 yrs, in ferrari?

BTW Vettel is a good qualifier so he will b ahead except maybe after pits & do u think he is Massa 2 b slower than FA?
Seb will b faster. If there is some problem with Seb's car, he will let his teammate go as he did in Brazil 2011.

Do u think FA will follow d order Sebastian is faster than you?

And i also think pairing with Vettel will destroy FA not only on track but also mentally and in d team. I doubt FA ll b happy 2 c team bosses cuddling Seb Vettel. Same is true with Lewis, Seb pairing.
