Sheikh Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa has said that no extra security will be required for next month's Bahrain Grand Prix.

i think all the crash net commenters (well most of them) are a bunch of idiots.. just because there was a riot there does not mean that it is still unsafe.. everything has calmed down now (i know this because i live in the Middle East)..

its like saying London is still unsafe due to the riots.. dont be a fool, try and use some common sense.. i know its quite uncommon for you.. but please do try..

We Bahrainis are hugely proud to be hosting this event and you can be damn sure the authorities will be doing everything they can to secure the safety of everybody attending this event.

After the terrible year we've been through we are determined to make the most of this celebration of sport, and we hope that those who hate to see our country do well don't make fruitless attempts to spoil things.
