Designers, race team members, drivers have been moved aside after contributing more, I just dont believe they will gain anything by replacing him after the season has started, better they improve the car, go racing and try to get some race wins.

I don't believe that Massa is fast enough to drive the Ferrari anymore. however, I really want to see Perez finish the year at Sauber, as they deserve it and it is also potentially the better car. And with Perez being a near certainty next year, any driver that replaces Massa for the remainder of the season will be temporary and unlikely to do any better. So let everyone finish the season then release Massa

It's sad to see how ferrari destroyed massa morale. He was leading in germany and had to move over, i think this killed his self belief and what not. He should have kept position that race, he would have gained alot of respect from alot of f1 fans by winning that race despite the team orders. Ferrari would have sacked him for that but he would have gotten some nice offers. And now it looks much worse.

I think Massa should accept he had his glory days , and for whatever reason, post accident, he hasnt been the same. Better to have been a "has been" rather than a "never was"

It's a race, sometimes u get unlucky no matter how good u are. Look at msc, no doubt he has good car this year but both times he got unlucky doesn't mean Mercedes should remove him. It's too early to speculate on his capability. I believe massa is a good driver and I know he will prove it this season. It's a bit unfair to judge what happened based on results cos we all know last year he was 'bullied' by a particular reckless driver.
We should look at the circumstances as a whole. It is known that this year Ferrari a bit lacking on its car. I love Alonso too but what happened in sepang cannot determine anything YET.

There is something very sadly wrong here. Massa was a brilliant driver who nearly won the Drivers Championship in 2008 (maybe he should have) and Ferrari know this. Maybe it was the accident in which he was seriously hurt and has never truly recovered from. Im sure Ferrari will continue to support him for now but F1 is a business where results are needed and there is no room for emotion.
