Felipe Massa: I am disappointed, there is no denying it: not scoring any points in two races hurts, but now it's time to turn the page.

Im lost for words, i am not a ferrari fan but to be really honest he just doesnt look like he has it anymore. I truly believe he is trying his hardest, but sometimes when you lose it its gone. some may say there is more to his lack of success, some say its he himself, but i believe its just gone (that edge). let him finish the year and unless he comes in top 5 of the championship in points kindly thank him but move on.

p.s. at least the guy seems like he cares..

Yeah, OK, but I'll eat my hat if FM actually WROTE that press release/blog entry himself. It has the ring of a Mandated Corporate Announcement. I don't believe that he can even THINK that coherently.
Teddy Bear time soon...

This is going to go one of two ways.

Either he'll find form and go "f**k it" and just start driving that car to it's limit like Alonso, which I hope he does because I feel so sorry for the guy or he won't improve and will be dropped by mid season which I think will happen.

There is no way Massa is gonna turn his ferrari position around... there are just too many factors going against him.

1,He is not really wanted by the team.
2,Alonso does not want a teammate to challenge him.
3,The car is NOT designed for him... only Alonso!.
4,He is the number 2 driver no question.
5,The only way Massa has a chance is if he shows ferrari that he is by far the fastest driver p1 p2 p3 and qualifying.. Then pulls away from alonso at a rate of around a second a lap to always be out of the drs zones and that just aint gonna happen in a team that is not built for him or around him!.

A swap deal with Massa/Perez sounds like a great option for Massa but im not so sure it would be so good for Perez!.

If you are in a top team you should be getting results all the time. The 'this has happened before' used as an excuse, is a not worthy of a top drive. By employing a second rate driver Ferrari are throwing away any chance the Constructors title and Alonso is all on his own with no back-up. The way Alonso ranted at Renault when Fisichella could not back him up I'm suprised he supports Massa's lack of support. Or could it be that the road car market in Brazil so important?

Ferrari is a team that is very politically minded and run in such a way that simple people cannot hope to ever understand!.

In order to get massa out without a big pr disaster... They have wheeled out the we are doing all we can to help him script.. we gave him a new chasis. we are doing all we can to help him drive better, we fully support him.... so that when he still does not perform they will evade the negative headlines... And still the reason why massa is performing poor is caused by ferrari themselves!.

Im so sorry for Massa. I think he is scared of driving the car on edge. He should ask Alonso to show him how to drive it without a lot of risks. Everybody knows that Alonso y the best driver in F1, at least after the schumacher Era. Vettel looked like the best, of course, in the best car, but this year everybody is seeing that he is not a wonderboy, he just had the faster car and now he doesnt.

Poor old Massa never really recovered from last lap Hammi's calculated maneuver on Glock.

Hope Ferrari lets him see out his contract, and then we can see how good Perez and his car is in normal race conditions.
