Wow fanboys, remember back to the good old days when you could claim that Lulu was F1's Golden Goose? "only Lewis can generate 100+ replies on Crash" etc. Well look at how things have changed, recent Vettel story 200+ posts, recent Button story 100+ posts. Yet another team claiming that they want nothing to do with Lulu a measly 20 posts.
Poor Lulu, ever since he decided that driving from pole to third very race people seem to have lost interest in him.

Crash, have you no shame calling yourselves journalists and writing a sentence like this?
"... although why he would do that, given the current level of competitiveness of the two teams remains to be seen."

A lot of conjecture in the group. F1 is a snake pit. Not long before one team may have spoke out the side of their mouth. You would think that sunny,richie and taigherkin have read/found what that want to hear. Maybe some crow pie later for you boys.

Rob, am sure that Richard is still fast asleep but Tai didn't close an eye up to three hours ago presumably looking for you!, I retired early yesterday so an early start for me. Anyhow you sounds like you being a shade happier now that Lulu has beaten Button, but still your boy needs up his race pace.

@taipan,
It must be eating you up that Lewis has kept away from controversy and is just concentrating on doing his job.
As for the rest, I'm pretty sure Lewis will finish ahead of Button this year. We only have to look at Malaysia, he had already pulled away in the 1st laps before the rain came and messed things up. Expect more of those. It wouldn't make sense for Mclaren not to renew his contract and remain with the guy who gat beat.

A sure way to demonstrate your utter foolishness is to attempt to highlight someone else's grammatical errors using a grammatically incorrect sentence. At the very least, your question requires a comma after "shame". It's certainly no better than the sentence you're criticising.

nkt. just because lulu had pulled away from button at the start, does not mean that he would have beaten him! i know its all conjecture,(but so is your comment), but lulu could have cooked his tyres, leaving button to cruise past him. as it was, towards the end of the race, lulu inded was in trouble with his tyres, and seb was catching him rapidly.
sometimes the tortoise does beat the hare. look at last year!

richard,
If anyone had a problem with the tyres in Malaysia, that would be Button and not Lewis. And between the 2, Lewis had the better race pace of the day. Though Mclaren in general seemed to be struggling in the race.

nkt. on what do you base that assertion? if you watched the race, lulus tyres were shot at the end, whereas button was setting faster times. it is common knowledge that button is easier on his tyres.

Go look at the lap times chart for everyone, the only time Button appeared fast was on the 1st stints of fresh tyres. After that he was pretty much sub par, and even had to pit again.
