Jenny, You know how Lulu's cheerleaders are currently whining that Whitmarsh backs Button rather than Lulu (even though there is absolutely no proof of this) and they're constantly bemoaning McLaren's pit stops for hampering their little hero? Imagine how they would feel if McLaren "forgot" to inflate Lulu's tyres, or the team principal came out and said "we are racing against Lulu"
Now those things happened to Alonso in 2007, given the teams mistreatment of him it's a miracle that he ended up so close to the championship that year, it's an even bigger miracle that he didn't punch Ron and his spawn square in the face!

Jenny, i feel you are being a bit hard on Alonso. How was the Spaniard to know what he was walking into at Mclaren, not even the team principal knew what he had created in a rookie who would break records two years in a row, a driver who would defeat reining wdc in equal cars.

Alonso had just ended the Schumi dictatorship back to back and came to Mclaren believing he should be No1, he even told Ron that having a rookie partner him could compromise the the constructors championship for Mclaren, i feel we have to forgive Alonso for underestimating wonder boy as i think most wdc coming to Mclaren in 2007 the result would of been the same. What i dont forgive is his spitting his dummy and bringing mass disruption to Mclaren.

@taipan do you honestly expect me to take your comment about Lewis as Gospel? More like hot air! Alonso kept everything including car setup hidden from Lewis and his team!

The FIA had to place an independent observer within McLaren at the last race of 2007 to ensure that Alonso was receiving fair treatment due to Ron's track history of deviousness. This is not my opinion, it's not a suggestion, it's not a perhaps, it's a FACT!

Ron, You should just copy and paste that post, save you having to retype it every day.

ronnie. i agree with ty! same old...same old...! "alonso came to mclaren believing he was number 1"... right! it said so in his contract. it said so in his bank balance. and he did BELIEVE that he would be treated as number 1. however he was too trusting of uncle ron, and it was only when lulu began causing him problems, that he realised that he was being victimised and then decided to get his own back. the fact that he disclosed all the mclaren cheating was to the BENEFIT of f1!. so, well done to ferdi for that.

richard, talk all you like the FACT remains a rookie should not of challenged a 2xwdc let alone finish above him, Alonso never expected to face a rookie who would hit 9 consecutive podiums a RECORD get use to it. And he will soon be chasing Mansell's gp wins something you and the old boys club will have to get use to.

But i see its OK for ty to go on his repetitive rants on Lewis's facial hair which has nothing to do with f1 and mentioning Lewis on non Lewis threads but but i am same old same old your very selective richard and im not surprised. I will gladly remind the haters about f1's most exciting achievements over and over when ever they start the unnecessary rants.

ronnie. i dont know what mansell record you are going on about. is it for the most wins in a season? i thought that seb had that one. or are you thinking of most gp victories by a british driver? if it is that, then dont forget tere are more races every year, so yes, that could happen.
and whats with the facial hair? i dont see any mention of that, and even though it does look ridiculous, i have never made a comment before about it! button has facial hair, seb has facial hair, nick has facial hair....so what?

Taigherkin and rich, cry me a river. I can list a number of things Alonso requested that be done to Lewis as well. Face it. Heads up the young Hamilton brought it to the Spainard. The Massa cry club is looking for new members. You two would be shoe ins when it comes to the year telphonso got his feeling hurt.

richard, yes im talking about the most GP wins by a Britain 31, with your f1 knowledge did not think i would have to explain but i just supposed you needed to mention your idol Justin Bieber oh sorry you don't like people mentioning that name but lulu is OK, right.

richard, you and ty have accused me of repeating in my posts and i am saying to you why is me repeating a problem but when ty rants on over and over about Lewis's facial hair you say nothing, and i never accused you of saying that.
