Jenny, Even in the delusional mind of a fanboy/girl how can drawing with someone be classed as an "asswooping"? Read your drivel back and see how stupid it is, you call Alonso "Alonslow" and get all giddy that Lulu drew with him 5 years ago after much skulduggery by Dennis, what does that make Lulu? Then you bring up Dhill, who no F1 fan with any sense would rate in the top 40 drivers of all time, but because Lulu's first season was better than Dhill's second this makes Lulu epic! You make no sense what so ever.

Well said Silent, all factual and relevant, but sadly no doubt all ignored by the cheerleaders.

Silent observer, the records show Lewis 2nd ALONSO third end off.

And the point i am making and i will say it one more time a rookie should not have been able to challenge a reining 2xwdc let alone finish above him cant you grasp that. If you cant then i suggest you join the blinkered ty club.

And as i said in my first post Alonso was caught out in 2007 and should of taken his beating oh sorry taken his third place with a bit more dignity.

And why should crash take your post off, heated debate which is more on your part is good. As i said we should all give Ron credit for seeing how wonderboy would perform in 2008

Ron, What term do you prefer for someone who starts off well and gets worse?

One hit wonder or Flash in the pan?

You could perhaps change the end of your name to one of those, it would be rather apt.

@Taipan the reason why I brought in DHill is just to prove to you that if your driving the fastest car doesn't mean you could win! but the main fact that a GP2 champion beat a 2 time F1 champion in the same car (not that Lewis was driving a McLaren and Alonslow was driving an HRT) they had the same car! Actually I would like to see Alonslow go up against Vettel in the same car and lets see what he is really made of. No crashing into the wall, no requesting for a car to be short fuelled, No ordering for a driver to move over or slow down... and stop saying McLaren was the fastest car because Ferrari recorded 13 fastest laps out of 17 track circuit (6 by Massa)

Well Alonslow has yet to win a title since the GP2 champion joined F1. May be he should ask Flavio Briatore to join him at Ferrari who knows what stunt he would pull...

lol @ Jenny's warped rendering of F1 history. Taipan must have given up on you by now lol.

This is the same Alonso we're talking about, right? The same one who retired the legendary 7-time WDC? Now you're wondering whether he'd be scared to go up against the Baby Schumi?? Don't make me laugh! How long have you been watching F1 exactly? Alonso won his titles when Vettel was still being groomed by BMW as a test driver. Besides, all these guys have proven themselves in lesser teams and lulu is the ONLY one who has been in a top team all his career - another fact that has conveniently passed you by. And you argue as if Mac did not use team orders several times, asking Kova to let lulu through in 2008 lol

I'll ask you one of the many questions I asked RGB, which he conveniently refused to answer. What is your point? That lulu is a greater driver than Alonso? Why don't you just come out and say so! Instead of rubbishing Alonso's achievements? I said at the beginning of this that for me, Al

for me, Alonso is the best all-round driver in action in F1. If you disagree, why don't you just come out and say so. Then tell us who you think it is and why. If his claim to that position is beating Alonso on countback 5 years ago, with the help of the team principal, then you're on to a losing battle with that one. And that is all I have to say on the matter.

so. i fully agree that ferdi is a far better all round driver than the illustrious lulu. maybe lulu beat him in 2008, but since then hasnt ferdi beaten lulu every year since, despite not having a better car?
