F1 » Raikkonen hails great result - but could have done better


Kimi Raikkonen called his second place in the Bahrain Grand Prix a 'great result' but admitted that he was nonetheless disappointed not to go one better and clinch the win.

wow i would ov loved to see kimi catch vettel and understand his frustration bout the *wrong way round the corner* but why is his attiude always so weird he is one ov the drivers i dont understand fully and seams always so down

well chuffed for kimi,he never speaks much he just lets is driving do the talking. once u av talent like kimi u never lose it. took micheal 2 years to get where he is now. took kimi just 4 races.so glad hes back in f1

It was last Sunday after Kimi's tyres dropped off , Eddie Jordan said Raikkonen had lost all those places, 2nd to 12th in two laps, because he was rusty and his head had gone. Jordan was light years off the mark.

Kimi,easily driver of the day.

I'm pretty sure you'll see Eddie gladly say he was proven wrong and hold his hands up and admit it. He has strong opinions but if he's proven wrong, he's shown he doesn't mind.

I agree .I have no idea what Jordan said today,but i can only guess he was positive over Kimi's drive. Jordan is a favourite of mine who pulls no punches, and it's not like him to be so very wrong.
