I get so frustrated with the school boy errors happening at Mc Laren. It would probably be easier to accept if it wasn't for Whitless always talking up the team to the media, when in reality they have some real fundamental problems which need addressing (in the mirror).

The only thing they have truley been consistant in of late (inc last year) are diabolical errors whether it be sending cars out in Q3 at the wrong time so they are misplaced on the grid for Sunday, car's which too often are under fueled for race day and as a result have to go into fuel save mode rather than attack, shockingly incorrect strategy calls (more often poorly called than correctly called) and too many not only slow pits stops but unacceptable stops i.e. both Lewis and Jenson of late with sticking wheel nuts.

Compare Mc Laren pits to Mercedes, Red Bull, Ferrari etc it is cringy to watch. How Whitless makes it difficult to support Mc Laren @ times. No wonder Hamilton is slow to sign a new deal, maybe it is the

I thought mcclaren were a multi million pound company with the top mechanics and the best personel that money could buy. So why does whitmarsh talk about the pit crew as if they were volanteers from the local charity shop "oh you cant blame the wheel guy he,s a volanteer dont ya know" Show some bloody respect to your fans and your own staff,to have the same problem on both cars and on multiple weekends is unforgivable. The 1st time it happened should have been the last time it happened wether it was a personel problem, dodgey wheel nut or whatever!!!

clearing out the people with a problem with lewis. in every race his team have let him down. the team members can relate more with jb then lh. nothing wrong with that but dont hamper the other so your guy shines. if lewis was not being held back and beating jb all the time people would turn off in there millions.

MCL have lost two shots at race wins due their wheel nut issue. Last year they made their life difficult with poor strategy calls. However, let us be realistic. 3 seconds gives zero rrom for error, any error (gun stall, cross threading nut, wheel peg slip) will slow the stop. A slight mod to the nut mech will solve the self tapping issue. However, the bigger issue is poor strategy - Sam Michale doesn't help. MCL need to man up and be brave on strategy and run to fight, JB and LH are more than capable of driving the car to the chequer.

Pit stops have cost the team, however poor stops dont explain why Hamilton was slow after his stop in Malaysia or how Grosjean passed and drove away from them in Bahrain. In China Rosberg and Mercedes had an almost perfect weekend which they attributed to getting the tyre usage just right, an area that JB feels that McLaren are struggling to understand.
