Bruno Senna is looking like the odd man out at Williams, after Pastor Maldonado's race win and Valtteri Bottas' impressive practice performances puts his position under threat.

Elijah: Senna has been outqualified, his times during race are not near his team-mate, Points? well, Pastor has 3 DNF's, two of which were due to the car. But you are right, it is way too soon to write him off. I wish that he is given a proper chance by giving him P1 back and moral support that every driver deserves while in contract

I don't know what you get the P1 from, and yes Bruno has been a out qualified by Maldonado in all Grand Prix's this your bar one. However, Senna has just joined the team. I would certainly think he needs more time to settle in before a definitive judgement can be made.

I would just like to say, F3 results don't say a great deal about performance in Formula 1.

There are a few drivers that were great in F3 and went on to show nothing near the ability in F1.

Meanwhile, the 2010 and 2011 World Champion Seb Vettel only took 4 wins in 40 Formula 3 races. Quite a few 4-7th places in there - hardly stunning.

Right now I'm not going to say the writing's on the wall for Senna, but one thing's for sure, - this season is throwing up one hell of a lot of surprises, if only all for the good of the 'sport' and its fans!!!

Crazy media hype in a slow news day for F1. It has been just 4 races this season and until this win PM was no where to be found. I for sure was one of the people who was calling for PM to be replaced end of last year and I still have my doubts on him b/c he seems very hot/cold on form still. This win for sure is a huge boost for the team, but it is just once race. Consistency is what wins championships not just flashes of brilliance and that is over a season no just 1 race. JB and MW did not make it to Q3 this race, is anyone saying their seats are under threat? This is good result for Williams, and I am sure both Senna and PM will perform well at Monaco.

Elijah: I am not necessarily disagreeing with you. When I said "give him P1 back", I was referring to the fact that Senna has had only P2 and P3 to set up his car. I am sure that, given the entire weekend, he would do better and yes as I said, it is too soon to write him off.

If there is any driver to be axed, it should be Massa .......followed by poppy Schumacher

No wonder after the race why Loolee went knocking on that door...
to say 'congratualtions' to Sir F Williams...news travels fast. Which leaves the question where does he go then...? ha ha
