Felipe Massa's position at Ferrari comes under scrutiny again, as Scuderia calls for a 'change of gear' ahead of Monaco Grand Prix.

I would love to see Felipe stick it to the man by beating his team mate but, we all saw what happened when he did that in Germany. What a kick in the nards!

I'm afraid his time in the red car is drawing to a close. I hope a good team gives him a good home where he can finish his F1 career.

Unfortunately for Felipe this year so far has seen Alonso racing for points everywhere, while Felipe is regularly beating HRT, Caterham and Marrusia, not really good enough for a Ferrari driver at present as he isnt usually close enough to gain any real advantage when/if Alonso has an of day

I've never really felt Massa was worthy of a Ferrari drive. He is blindingly fast on certain tracks, under certain conditions, but on the whole does not seem capable of maintaining that standard. Since his return from injury, I have supported giving him time to get back to his old form. Time is up. I am tired of listening to his promises before a race and then excuses after (this week it was blocking in Q, and an unfair penalty). I think Ferrari need to make a move now, one that will support Alonso's bid for an (unlikely) WDC. At season's end there may be other more attractive options for the Scuderia, but right now I think Sutil would fill the bill.
