You better should invoke Juventus FC, after being disqualifyed in 2005 and finishing 7th in the standings in the past two seasons, managed to win this year the Serie A, the Italian championship thus ending the dominance of the city of Milan-Lombardy in Italian football,with their high rated teams Inter Milan and AC Milan. But that is exactly what is doing Williams-Renault, so you should find another example. Note: Chelsea FC is invoked by Sauber, so You(Domenicalli) can't choose it, remember that.

Just when Ferrari were looking like a midfield team at best, they pop up with a podium in a dry race. Only a fool would discount Alonso at Monaco. Much as I dislike both Ferrari and Alonso, Alonso is the strongest card in their hand.
