Jacques Villeneuve admits to getting a thrill from driving his late father's Ferrari at Fiorano, as the Scuderia helps mark the 30th anniversary of Zolder 1982.

Fantastic that he drove it, fantastic that it's been kept in such wonderful original condition and Fantastic is the only word for Gilles driving style. Sadly, sadly missed xxx

Great of Ferrari to do this. I am sure JV meant that this was the way an F1 car should "feel" (road feedback, driver control, etc,) not be built. I sincerely doubt that Jacques, or any current driver for that matter, would want to go back to the days where losing 2-3 drivers per season was not unusual. Bubber all you want about the good old days, but I would rather have had safe cars and tracks, and Gilles, Jimmy, Jochen, Ronnie, Ayerton and many many others still with us.
