Some days ago, he said that he was lacking balance, then a few days later he said that McLaren was off pace during the race in Barcelona, because even Hamilton driving amazingly, his pace(Hamilton's pace) was far behind of Maldonado's, Alonso's and the two Lotuses pace. And now he comes back optimistic. I don't understand this man. He is trying to improve on Public Relations. But this isn't the right way. He can't promise to his fans a race victory and than coming out of the top five in race day.At least Alonso doesn't promise anything these days, he only says he will give his best to grab as many points as possible. Personally I wish that McLaren will have a bad weekend in Monaco, Canada and so on until Silverstone. They need to change their attitude, because they promise every year to win and since 1999 the only took the 2008 drivers title, courtesy to Hamilton's driving skills.

Bla bla bla Firestorm.... He has to be up beat otherwise you would moan for not giving it a go. HE will do well but the team are struggling at the moment. Never think that 2 of the best drivers in the world won't be trying every possible angle.

@ i thought commodore knew stuff but clearly doesn't
What tips would they be then? How to compare yourself to senna all the time when you'll never be as good. Or how to big himself up to the media in interviews. Trying to prove he is better on tyres etc in an interview we all saw the race Lewis so for once you weren't as hard on the tyres big deal. How Lewis can even compare himself to Jenson is beyond me. Jenson came up the hard way Lewis went straight into one of the biggest teams. He's got a long way to go yet to be as good as Jenson.

@ Lee316

I never read your post all the way through, but, did you get the tip on "How tou crash into Massa... repeatedly" tip? :D

Jokes aside, why must everyone hate on Button and Lewis. They're team mates. Move on people.

Seems the topic of understanding car regulation changes and new pirelli tyres has been over looked. which team has shown consist results through quailifying and race, none! Jenson need not look no further down pit lane then he can see and find the same issues in every team
