Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso continue to swap platitudes as rumours of pairing at Ferrari refuse to go away.

maybe if Ron had backed both drivers and not just Hamilton then Alonso would of won the title that year,we will only ever know the real truth of what happened that year when Aso brings out his memoirs and that is not going to be any time soon.

There is more chance of me going to the moon then these 2 ever becoming teamates ever again,i still don't think some poeple really realise what really went on between the 2 camps in the second half of that year.

It seems that the saying "it takes one to no one" is quite apt here, two top drivers recognising each others talents with Alonso coming undone in 07 by the new kid on the block and Hammi now watching Alonso leading the championship with a car which has not been that competitive.

Hammi is just saying what we all can see, Alonso is the No1 f1 driver at the moment and if the Ferrari under Pat fry continues to improve then he and Vettel must be now joint favourite for the 2012 wdc as Newey is starting to work his magic again even though the backward moving Mclaren is lodging complaints again.

So according to redbull, they are watching FA but FA is watching LH so does that mean that Ferrari and Redbull are indirectly watching Lewis???
