One thing I've come to learn about salary, it is not about how much you're worth, it's about how much you can ask and what your employer is willing to pay. Is Rosberg, Massa, Webber, etc worth 10M? Maybe so, maybe no, but it is what the market is willing to pay for their services. I know I have had a few jobs where I was paid way more than what I was doing, but at the same time I have also had jobs that paid way less than the work I was putting in. It is all about how much you can ask for, not about what you can actually do.

I personally think the engineers should be paid more, but that is just me.

Most surprising is Paul Diresta at only 200k, very hard to believe. If correct VJ should be mighty embarrassed, he spends more cash filling up his yacht with fuel.

now i know why a lot of drivers live in monaco or some tax heaven.Bit ridiculous that football players like Rooney make more in one month than 9 of the drivers make in a year when F1 is a lot more dangerous. :O

Mark webber must be feeling annoyed at the 50pence tax rule in GB good thing for him it is gonna be the 40pence tax rule soon

HOW THE H3LL does Di RESTA EARN THE SECOND LEAST...? That is pure BULLSHYTE... I would go back to DTM. Surely he earned more there. And Fernando earning 3X that of defending DOUBLE world champion and his team mate.. No wonder Massa just plods along.

As per this list published, it doesn't surprise me to see ALonso on the top! If he is being paid so much it's because he always is faster than the car & can score a win or a decent podium against the Ferrari's wishes! His experience also amounts to his wages! It's saddening to see Di Resta get so less, even lesser than Karthikayen! For pete's sake, Di Resta is in his 2nd season & has done well last year & is doing much better this year! If he charges so less, he is the best bargain for any top team, which I'm expecting him to move next season & for sure his salary will increase that will justify his talent! Rest all, surprised to see a double WDC (Vettel) get the same as Webber! Vettel till last season has always had an edge on Webber but maybe Webber's experience is his ticket for a higher salary whereas Vettel's WDC crown X 2 is his ticket!

Never mind Vettel earning the same as Webber... Vettel earning the same as MASSA and ROSBERG?!?!?!?

And Look at ALL the names ahead of Di Resta... It's a joke. Karthikeyan of All drivers... He isn't worth the paper he wipes with.

Fernando Alonso - 30m
Paul di Resta - 200,000

me can't believe that great inequality. Paul falls under utter poverty whereas FA is obscenely rich haha

to be honest, the way Alonso is driving, motivating and carrying the team he's worth 30 mil. Normally the Tifosi wd be calling for a drivers head but they know he's the best man for the job

Iceman! You're way too cold! You will go down as F1's highest paid star for the next few years atleast, if not forever. At your peak you made 32 mill sterling without pouring on the sponsorship gravy... Sweet!
