What's the point in another race in America? The US hasn't ever been able to sustain one GP, let alone two. Long Beach, Vegas, Detroit, Pheonix, Indy... all lasted just a few years. F1 has no roots in the US, no history there.

Meanwhile Spa and Suzuka are not yet confirmed for 2013. There is no French GP. Such a shame that these historic events are having to make way for the likes of the US, India and Korea.
