F1 » No bright side to Canada for Button

Try as he might, Jenson Button couldn't find an upside to his dismal Canadian GP weekend which saw him slide backwards during the race to a disappointing 16th place finish.

I don't think Mclaren would jeopardise their own drivers... Same as I laughed at the Lewis fans when they kept throwing that around last year./... These teams spend WAAY too much money to throw it away like that.

Secondly, I think his string of bad results has caused Jenson toi start second guessing himself on many levels, hence saying he "just doesn't know...". So he can't get a good feel with the car, which, when you're going round corners at 120mph is pretty damn important...

Jenson and Lewis are both quality, but I think it'll come back.

GO JENS!

Interesting point there by Taipan... contract negotiations with LH might have something to do although i believe not.

Before the last tests, Jenson was fast, really fast and i therefore think he needs to change something fundermental on his car.

I think that in Canada the main reason for his proper lack of speed was the fact that he did not get any running during the FP sessions. I do not think he would've ended 16th if head more time to prepare.

But the trend has been negatively in previous races, so there is no denying there being an issue in his garage / car.

People love slagging celebs don't they? Jenson Button says he doesn't know what's wrong, so perhaps that's the simple truth. If he doesn't know then nobody knows. Perhaps he has lost his talent, perhaps his chassis is cracked... all we can do is wait and see.

I'm real sorry for the team and Jenson this weekend valuable points being lost not much hope of them winning constructors if it carries on like this."Team Jenson" need to get back to the drawing board and start again from when they were getting points and competing.Never liked it when Lewis was losing and crashing and "Team Jenson" were being paraded as the next best thing. Now is the time to get back and start working together it's still Team Maclaren .Thats whom i'm supporting ..Come on guys you can do it

Is he seriously, as a professional F1 driver trying to tell us that despite all that technology covering throttle position steering input braking etc etc etc that he has no idea whats going on!!! Leave it out!!!
Jenson, your a great driver, but unfortunately your fast running out of excuses, and your starting to lose support. Please, no more Bu####it! Sort your head out or take up Golf. It's your choice!!!
