Williams chief operations engineer Mark Gillan admits that the Grove team could not be as competitive as expected from deep on the Montreal grid.

I have a feeling they are going to muck it up and start going backwards. It's hard to spot any talent whatsoever throughout the whole outfit to keep developing a winning car, except for Maldonado perhaps who certainly has potential if he curtails that vicious streak of his that could get him dropped.
