F1 » Alonso: Nothing compares to this

Fernando Alonso has said that, while he has had better races from a racing point of view, few came close to matching the emotion of Sunday's European Grand Prix.

Reality check time! Alonso is at best a 3rd rate driver compared to Kimi, SebVet and Hamilton. FIArrari have extremely unfair and unjustified financial backing from the FIA compared to other teams as well as constant rulings over many seasons that favour Ferrari due to the unfair Ferrari influence with the FIA.
When Ferrari play from a level FIA playing field then you can all make just comment, until the day that happens Ferrari will always be unjustified worthless winners!

Alonso was so emotional because it has been decided that Spain will sell Alonso to Merkel's Germany to pay for some of the spanish debt.. It was his last race with the spanish flag.

@F1init
Flinit, your comments disqualify you right off the gate. What are your intentions...?
3rd rate? you contradict ALL of the F1 drivers, perhaps you know best, or perhaps as it is so obvious you are trolling...,
However to no one here, in this board, whatever they like Alonso OR NOT is going to be convinced of the veracity of your opinions, we all can see the venom drooling out of you...
Do they call you also ROLF, btw?
Saludos gratisimos

I'm not a fan of Alonso but right now he's the best. No doubt about it.(Difficult to compare Vettel to him because of the recent Red Bull supremacy, but I would put Vettel at second).

Incredible performance. Yes, he was lucky with Seb and the increasingly impressive Grosjean retiring and another Mclaren pitlane ****dance but you do have to be poised to capitalise on those lucky moments and Alonso put himself in that position! When his eng said 'go for it' he did exactly that and pumped in some v quick laps when needed. His overtake of Grosjean after the safety car was critical and he pulled it off. Even if none of the drama had occurred then he'd have been 4th which would still have been mighty from 11th!
