Who was to blame for the clash between Pastor Maldonado and Lewis Hamilton in Valencia?

LULU for sure, he was going to lose the position before the next corner, why try to prevent the pass and worse of all against an inexperience driver such as Pastor.

Hamiltons tyres were shot and Maldonado was going to pass him anyway. Hamilton should have known and given some racing room although Maldonado could have waited for a better place to pass so with both of them not using their heads both of them got no points.

Hamilton had every right to defend his position.
If Maldonado was in such a great position tyre-wise then the onus was on him to chose his moment more wisely knowing that Hamilton (like any racing driver) was unlikely at that stage to just hand him to position on a plate.

I'm not Lewis Hamilton's greatest fan (for instance I think a lot of his trouble with Massa last year was self-inflicted & could have been easily avoided) but seriously, the spite & one-eyed venom of the anti-Hamilton gnag here is quite something.
Utterly ridiculous & pathetic.

Maldonado had every right to try to pass, Hamilton had every right to not 'yield' the position, that close to the end of the race, they both needed to look at the bigger picture.
