Shame they realised that only now going with simplistic stratagies like Sauber "Chico we need this place!", while Williams showed they still have the mentalitty of a big team even during their worse days when they went for the win with Maldonado.

Non stop talking himself and the team up. Hasn't shown great consistency over the course of his return.

Needs to keep a lower profile and let the performances do the talking.

"Lotus" were always a big team. Not sure about this "Lotus" though.
