Whats the point of spending millions updating the track and facilities then not providing adequate parking thats weather proof? It's not as though rain in England is a new invention. Pathetic!

Bernie will be getting propped up on his hind legs to moan about Silverstone again.
But there again,if he fell in a deep puddle we might never see him again.

It doesn't matter how many millions are spent, mother nature will always have the upper hand when she throws such a tantrum. No point blaming the organisers for what is happening with this weather. It isn't the normal British weather.

I feel sorry for Silverstone. It just gives Bernie more opportunity to put another GP in a God forsaken desert.

Who'd ever have guessed it might rain in the UK, Certainly not the blazer wearing buffoons of the BRDC

And Silverstone's highest paid director received GBP129,000 - an increase of 41.8% over the previous year.

Oh really what a pompous bunch some of you are. The rain has been unprecedented and I bet your back garden isn't "weatherproof" either. Do you really expect Silverstone to concrete over acres of grassland just for a week in July? Are you aware what happens at the edge of big concrete aprons in torrential rain? Some patch of soil somewhere is going to get waterlogged and nobody wants it to be theirs. I look forward to further sanctimonious poop after the 2015 hurricane blaming Silverstone management for everything.

Its very easy to blame Silversote for the traffic problems but most of the trouble has been caused by the private campsites and parking areas around the circuit, anyone who has visited the circuit in the last few years will have seen a great improvement in the facilities and parking. Yes there are still grass parking areas on the circuit but there is a limit to how much Tarmac you can put down and the water has to go somewhere so you just move the problem along. If they tarmaced the whole varela it would cost a fortune and it would be paid through increased ticket prices. If you look around the country this is the worst summer for decades lets give the BRDC a break, the British GP is still one of the best of the year.
