I would think it is a no brainer for RBR to sign Mark again for 2013 given his form to date. Also, they need to give Dan and Jean Eric an extra year in the B Team before they make any decisions about whether either is fit for promotion.

I reckon Mark will go to Ferrari for his final year in F1. When push comes to shove, Vettel would be the chosen one at Red Bull, so I cant see he would be that much worse off leaving. It is most drivers dream to drive for Ferrari, and he has enough money, and may well get WDC this year anyway, so money aint the issue.

“Inevitably there's an awful lot of speculation surrounding Ferrari, but we're only focused on ourselves and we can't control what other people say or do. I think Mark feels comfortable with the team."

Speaks volumes if CH is actually commenting on 'speculation'. FTR, I think he will stay at RBR, but geez I'd love to see him at Ferrari.

I was Watching an interview with Mark where he was being interviewed while he was driving, and he was asked if he had been in talks with any other teams and he said yes. I wonder if Mark fancies a stint at Ferrari before he retires as it is the dream of most f1 drivers.

Vettel greated mark after the race and congratulated him. Red bull is looking for the WCC. And they both seem to be doing their fair share towards that goal.

1-8. algy was talking to other teams, lulu was talking to other teams, diresta was talking to other teams...........etc. all drivers out of contract this year will have been talking to other teams. if they werent, they would be rather stupid. however, the movement of webber to ferrari is a silly season rumour and has done the rounds for the last three years.

Richard the point i'm making is he admitted it. I have herd no other driver saying they are in talks or have been in contact with other teams, and i respect Mark for being honest in that interview, most drivers would have avoided a question like that.

1-8 are we talking about Vettel? Or is it the crash kid from Venezuela?
