Even in season (2006) Schumacher proved he had not matured from his cheating ways when he deliberately parked his car on a dangerous corner in Monaco to stop anyone else going faster than him in qualifying.

He was slated over night and, thankfully, was stripped of his pole by race stewards.

And on and on and on............

Fairplayer - you must really hate McLaren for using the Ferrari technical manual and encouraging Lewis to lie to get Trulli unjustly penalized. Too bad that Damon has taken responsibility for the incident in Oz as it really blows a hole in your theory. The JV pass attempt was far from clean so who can blame MS for retaliating when JV used him as a brake to get around the corner. It was a move more suited to Indycar argy bargy than F1. The penalty in Monaco was a despicable way to treat him. Any other driver would have been given the benefit of doubt.

Haters are going to hate so this was a probably a waste of time responding to you.

Who wants to know about damon hill or JV, even these days a driver will do anything to win, like fernando, he wanted lewis taken out when he was at Mclaren. Any sport is the same. Michael is good for the sport, he is a pleasure to watch, vibrant, energetic at his age, and still a great driver. so shut up guys. As Bernie says Michael is here to stay. Love you michael always.

Before "It's racing" it is SPORT be it cycling athletics or even lawn bowls and doing whatever you have to do to win is no rationale for CHEATING!!!!!!!

They are all wasting each others time. Mercedes are wasting money. They ought to sign a GP2 driver. After gaining the experience he will deliver better results than MS at a fraction of the cost

I agree 100% with your view and comment on Michael Schumacher. I will never forget the incident where he took out Damon Hill. If you ever see the footage again, watch as Michael leeps over the barrier and then does an arm pump, knowing he was now WDC...really sh*tty sportsmanship. It dosen't stop there though does it? Frank Williams has always questioned how, I think it was the following year, where he tried to take Jacques out. I also don't know how many F1 drivers have had all their points stripped from them, but he has. He couldn't help himself last year either could he? He actually tried to take Rubens out of all people. I have nothing personal against Michael, but his on track behavour is rubbish to say the least. Would I sign him...don't really care quite frankly...just my opinion

If Merc didn't think MS could do the job they would have gotten rid of him already. If anything MS might be helping sell tickets and sponsors which is always worth something to a team.
