Leaving the decision a month does not change the fact McLaren are just hit and miss here and there all over the place, when they should be rocksolid.

Hamilton should go to Williams F1, a great British Formula One racing team where Frank will embrace him with open arms. The sponsors will be lining up at Frank's door, the money will flow in and the very much improved car can with Hamilton, win the championship again. These two great names need each other and leave McLaren to Button .

Could Lewis be considering taking a year off, and by doing so probably Webber and Schumacher will be out of the picture at the end of 2013 and also put extreme pressure on McLaren?

Just a thought!!

He has lots of money to be able to do that.

You are ignoring the fact that the Williams car has improved enormously this year. Sam Michaels isn't there and the car design and engine make a good match. Hamilton will bring the extra they need in the cockpit as they keep improving the car.
