Well if Alonso could join Renault just to get away from McLaren the Lewis could do the same. He could Macca for HRT either way your still young! And you have achieve what so many haven't achieved

EDIT by CRASH.NET! Driver insult removed.

So let's sum it up.
Mercedes? Not a real opportunity, he does not fit the image of the brand.
Ferrari? They have #1 driver better than him. LH is not looking for #2 drive.
RBR? They have two great drivers and some balance between them. No need to stir it up.
Williams? Maybe. Huge pay cut.
Lotus? Even less likely. The pay cut is still there.
McLaren? They have him right now. Are they happy with him?

Lets face it, he missed the boat with Red Bull. Ferrari will NEVER team him up with Alonso, and Mercedes would prefer to keep an under performing PR machine on board rather than sign him. However they will just keep Lewis in the frame for long enough to try and use him to keep Michael's salary expections in check.
I don't know where the madness that is the rumour of Lewis & Williams came from, but he won't go to Williams. He will bring zero persoanl sponsors with him, and he won't go to Lotus as they have (in their eyes) the perfect line up...
Lewis has one option, and that is to stay exactly where he is. At least for the time being and hope that Webber or Schumacher decide to call time & retire. Try again this time next year.

@Elijah - Wouldn't have thought of it myself, but yeah, Williams could work. I guess he'd need to pick up a personal sponsor or two to pay his wages though. Can't see Frank talking LH type numbers somehow.......

@Taipan - Maldonado? Likeable? I must have missed something!

Agree with your comments 100%.
If he continues acting the prima donna, and slating the team, who would take him on? Bit of a risk for any team I would say, regardless of how quick he is.
Maybe Mclaren have already offered a deal, and hes thinking about it!
