All the leading teams barring Red Bull are pretty closely matched on top speed, Red Bull (10kph slower than the quickest) will be sitting ducks in the drs zone, they may be pretty quick 'everywhere else' on the lap though.

C'mon Lewis, one of those things, it'll be dry tomorrow. Focus on the race, cuz if Schumi does well, and he re-signs, you are set for staying with Mclaren, unless they decide on Di Resta.

Blublz, that the RB8 is 10km/h slower on the straight is correct but remember that for a car trying to overtake in the DRS zone using the DRS it will have to be within the prescribed by rules distance for the DRS to operate.
The difference in top speed is dictated by the amount of aero down force, which can be reduced or increased by a team, doing this a team will try find the fastest way for a full lap with the most down force.
