Red Bull under investigation for possible technical breach at Hockenheim

IF they are found to have contravened the regulations then since the cars are now in parc ferme conditions they have an "illegal" car which in my books means they can't race. Having said that i am sure there is a rule somewhere that says they can change the car to make it legal but then start from some displaced grid postion, maybe the back since they haven't actually qualified.

just my thoughts on the matter
