The stewards said that based on the current wording of the regulations no rules has been broken but they also said that they did not agree with all of Red Bull's arguments, so Red Bull are free to race without penalty, but expect the FIA to tighten up the wording, Derek Warwick has told Horner that his team was stretching the envelope and Ross Brawn said that he is sure that it won't be the end of it.

"Logicc prevails.
F1 is about the best of the best, and not silly laws and regulations.

ummm It's Formula 1, the "formula" part is the regulations which you have to comply with in order to compete! F1 is all about the regulations otherwise it wouldn't be F1!

the skill is in interpreting the regulations such that your car is more competitive than everyone elses. it just seems that this interpretation while, not being deemed ilegal, is being viewed as not within the spirit of the rules. you can count on the rule being tightened before the next round if that is the case. the interesting thing to see is if the red bulls take a step back on the grid due to a "performance" reduction.
