Good luck to him I hope he cancels Bottas' FP1 and send the boy to GP2 to see IF he is F1 material or not! Clearly the decision a third driver without even GP2 experience would be taking crucial FP1 from their race driver who is btw new to the team would end up going to be a big mistake. What did they expect to happen? Williams has a great history in F1 but unfortunately they've been screwing things up for a long time now. The points Senna will miss this season for not having Friday track time is hundreds times more money than what Bottas family paid for FP1! Shareholders should worry as well decisions were being made against the shareholders interests I hope the team can be functional in closed doors once again now.

I heard from a guy that runs simulators that Bottas was one of the better drivers he saw.

More importantly I suspect that Wolff might claim he has improved Williams (despite Adam Parr who probably did all the work)

@Taz then just fire Bruno and give wonder buy Bottas all that he needs to break all F1 records simple! What they are doing proved to be counterproductive for Bruno and for the team! I'm sure Sauber gave it 100% to Kimi just like they gave to Felipe. My point Bottas is unproved success Kimi like Felipe won everything so fast they made their point. Also Bottas hasn't raced against the best competition out there he's trying to leapfrog more talented drivers than him very different from Kimi's case!

I'm not saying Bottas is a genius, I was just making the point that it's not unheard of. You clearly don't rate him or like him but I don't know much about the guy.

I believe Sir Frank Williams is the most respected team principal in F1 today. Wolff is bright enough to know he will continue to learn every day...from a proven life long F1 racer...Sir Frank Williams.
