F1 » Vettel denies labelling Hamilton 'stupid'

Sebastian Vettel: If I say after the race that I thought it was unnecessary and then it gets quoted that I say he's stupid it's quite disappointing...

Leave Vettel alone... Flipping heck, it's not like all other drivers are saints. All winners hate losing... Lewis, Alonso, Button and Schumacher have all been known for venting when they start "not winning...."

Considering he says he is not complaining and that he did not call Hamilton "stupid", he seems a bit confused.
After all, he DID use the word "Stupid" in describing Lewis and his actions, and he DID and IS complaining about the whole situation.
Poor little lad seems to be getting a little frazzled. If he handles the pressure and manages to capture some more silverware, he'll be a legend. Fail and he's just a very good driver in the best car of the era.

Welcome to the wonderful world called The Media Sebastian. When you're on top of the world, they will love you to pieces. When you screw up, they will tear you to pieces. That's how it goes. You are just going to have to deal with it misquote or not.

@ arcuid right on! Somebody needs to tell him life is not all peaches and cream! He needs to talk to Schumacher. I bet "the master" can tell him a thing or two about all the "love" he was getting from the media when he was on top!
