ok I gotta admit I'm a Lulu fan but still IF Button had topped the score sheet Crash would had it read as "Button on top in opening practice", I'm not complaining just sain' it!

Anyone else think they may have brought a part 2 to their upgrade this race.
Maclaren generally upgrade two races and then run the car for 4 races. Not sure this is best but then that's Maclaren for you.
I'm patriotic and support both the 'English' drivers but have a like for Lewis 's all out racing style. The fact he has only won one title is because the cars are stopped from performing at top limits by tyres and any other rules the FIA can come up with IMO. This disadvantages a pure racer like Lewis but hey ho, adapt and overcome, he is still the best bet to challenge a Ferrari driven by Alonso. The RB car isn't quite good enough at the mo and Vettel just isn't good enough, not in their league anyways.

It is a bit premature to start making some of the exuberant statements above. In case you've forgotten, check the FP1 results for Germany.

Crash's headline after FP1 in Germany was "Button, Hamilton set German FP1 pace".
