The winning or losing of the WDC will come down to how much the chasing drivers take points off one another. Hamilton's dad was interviewed at the end of the race and he said Lewis told him he would have to win every race now, to win the WDC. That may be factual or not, but the thinking behind his statement is that if he doesn't do that, the Lotuses and Red Bulls are just too fast to be dismissed and will still take vital points - not to mention Alonso's fighting spirit to the end. The Mercs may or may not be a factor.

It will be fascinating.

In new to f1 and someone told me that tyre management is why this rapper/driver held off a faster car which had i think 5 track revolutions less in its tyre than the rapper/driver and if it was not for tyre management rapper/driver tyres would have got bad and the faster blond guy would have passed him even though the track is not overtake friendly, i must say this does seem like a logical conclusion to me.

All you Hamilton haters better wake up! He proved since Friday as best on track give a good car. He always was best in Q3 but pit-stops cost his races. Watch him come September, all you will see is his tail-light!!Hamilton's the best driver out there right now, PERIOD!

Agree with earlier post "Roll on Spa".

I love F1 Grand Prix and always have done - BUT - When the next Hungarian GP is on I will be doing something more interesting.

Anything will be more interesting than watching two hours of racing at this boring dull circuit!

And Bernie wanted to drop Silverstone?
