I don't really understand it, but he just doesn't have a weekend where it all comes together. Take Hockenheim.. Poor qualy, great race. When it comes together for him, the media might actually pay attention to him. I would love to see him win his home GP, but it's really hard to tell where Sauber are in terms of raw speed.

I rate Kobayashi highly, I think he is a brilliant driver and I rate him more than Perez.

He has out raced and out qualified Perez more this year than Perez has done, the only problem is when Perez beats Kobayashi he gets big points then Kobayashi claws it back.

I hope he can get a podium soon and get a good drive next year.

yes lads kamui has been shocking unlucky this year..some good results some poor...would of been on podium in valencia if not for bruno...i rate him far better than perez too.he just needs that wee bit of luck on his side to get there and he will....plus if hamilton leaves mclaren i hope he gets that seat

You cay say that just about every driver has been unlucky including Perez. The fact is he has been out driven and out scored by Perez. And that's a fact! No worries though as I see Kobi staying at Sauber for 2013 alongside Guitierez.

I think he might be the most underrated driver on the grid.

He has been overshadowed this season by Perez, not by consistently great performances, but by the two podiums Perez has achieved.

The rest of the time, Koba has had the upper hand.

I believe Sauber's consistency is also to blame. Soem weekends they're right up there, some they're nowhere. But this is to be expected from a good midfield team. JUST IMAGINE WHAT KOBAYASHI COULD DO IN A RED BULL, FERRARI OR EVEN A MACLAREN!!!!
