Toro Rosso outcast Sebastien Buemi has spoken positively about his chances of returning to the grid next season.

TBH, I wasn't impressed with either driver during their Torro Rosso stints. I don't think they deserve to take the seats of anyone at Force India, Sauber or Williams. That leaves Caterham, HRT or Marussia. And I don't see Caterham changing their lineup next year despite the Kovi rumours.

I think Buemi would be a solid driver for a midfield team and get the job done. He's never going to be a race winner or anything but with a bit of luck, he could be the new Oliver Panis or something.

(I know Panis won a race, it was my first ever one!)
