What does he think he's ever going to achieve in F1? In 2009 he had inarguably the best car on the grid for 1/2 of the season, and even still he had nothing on his teammate who made the most of the opportunity and became a WDC because of it.

What is there in F1 for Rubens, and what could Rubens bring back to F1? Nothing, I say. Time to move on and let other people have a turn.

Massa said he is confident of a new Ferrari contract. So Rubens all this begging should be stopped. I guess Red is stuck with Massa as the most sought after drivers have told the media they have no interest in leaving their current teams. Even for the great Ferrari...appears they are interested in performance over a red uniform..

@ rob01 of course none of the top drivers have any interest with Ferrari. Especially, with Alonso there. As long as Massa is happy with being a #2 he will have a chance of keeping his seat. Driving for Ferrari doesn't have the same mystique as it once did. For that to comeback they will have to start winning on a more consistent basis.

I think it's a shame Rubens is so stuck in the past. He's obviously not happy to have left F1 but life doesn't always go to plan.

He won't get another F1 drive unless he can buy one at HRT, which would be a terrible shame for a man who wasn't slow in an F1 car.

Let it go Rubens. Move on and stop whining every 2 weeks.
